📦 When will my order arrive? Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since we currently deliver only within Poland, most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.

🚚 Where do you deliver? At this time, Quirtis ships exclusively within Poland. International shipping is not yet available, though we are always looking for ways to reach more art enthusiasts in the future.

🔍 How can I track my order? Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. You can use this link anytime to check real-time updates directly from the courier.

💳 Which payment methods do you accept? We support secure and widely used payment methods, including:

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is delayed? While we aim to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. 🔁 Can I return my order? Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending any return so we can guide you through the process.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@quirtis.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
